Laura Rossini

Laura Rossini has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Laura currently holds the position of VP People & Organization at Viessmann since January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as VP Global Business Engagement, BU Climate Solutions from May 2021 to January 2024. Laura also worked as the Global Head of HR Business Partners, BU Climate Solutions at Viessmann from April 2019 to April 2021. Before joining Viessmann, Laura worked at Novartis as a Global HR Business Partner and later as the Site HR Head for Stein Steriles. Laura also has experience as an HR Business Partner at AGCO International GmbH and HR Director at Swissmetal Industries Ltd. Additionally, Laura held positions at Allpack Group AG, Holcim, Hilti Group, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Austria. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong background in HR management and has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Laura Rossini completed their education at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a University Degree in Translation. Prior to that, they attended I.T.S.O.S. Marie Curie in Italy and received a Diploma A-level in Foreign Languages and Literature. In addition to their formal education, Laura has obtained various certifications including a Certificate in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School Online, an Accredited Personality-Assessment Coach certification from Facet5 Ltd, and a Hogan Certified designation from Hogan Assessment Systems. Laura also holds certifications in EASC Coaching, Finance Basics & Finance Advanced, and International HR Management.
