Marc Wallraff

Marc Wallraff has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Marc began their career as a Trader at Fortum Energie GmbH in Hamburg, Germany in 2000. Marc then joined E.ON Sales & Trading in 2002 as a Senior Trader Structured Products. In 2005, they moved to E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH as an Expert in Trading Strategy.

Marc joined E.ON AG in 2007 as Vice President Commodity Markets, and later transitioned to E.ON France SA in 2010, where they served as Director of Energy and Interface Management and later as Director of Sales Power & Gas. In 2012, they joined E.ON Global Commodities as Director of Market Analysis & Modelling.

In 2014, Marc joined E.ON Connecting Energies, where they held various roles including Head of Energy Consulting, Head of Segment Management, and ultimately Head of Global Account Management. In these positions, they focused on developing energy solutions for industrial and commercial customers, managing global accounts, and addressing vertical market segments.

Since 2020, Marc has been working at Viessmann. Marc started as a Channel Manager Direct Commercial Industry and later became the Head of Commercial Business. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Commercial Sales & Service Europe.

Throughout their career, Marc Wallraff has gained experience in sales, management, market analysis, and strategy development. Marc has demonstrated a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency in their roles, working towards innovative and decentralized energy solutions.

Marc Wallraff earned their degree in Energy Supply from Leibniz Universität Hannover in 1999 with a Dipl.-Ing. qualification.
