Chinh Than has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chinh is currently serving as the Co-Founder and Board Member of 25 FIT since October 2020. Prior to this, they were the CTO at Viet Thai International from May 2018. Chinh has also worked as the Managing Partner at Le Verger Pte. Ltd. from 2014. Their previous roles include being the Managing Director and Partner at TTL Vietnam from 2008 to 2013, IT Manager at Synergy Capital from 2007 to 2008, and GD Assistant at Maseco from November 2006. Chinh started their career as a Management Trainee at Siemens in 2005. Chinh has also worked as a Programmer at Deister GmbH (Germany), Research Assistant at the University of Hannover (Germany), and Research Assistant at the University of Hannover's Institute for Computer-Aided Knowledge Processing (Germany). Throughout their career, Chinh has gained expertise in various areas, including business development, financial systems, IT management, and research.

Chinh Than completed their education from various institutions. From 1989 to 1993, they attended Trường Chuyên Quận 1 - Nguyễn Du for their secondary school education. Chinh then went on to Gia Định High School, where they earned their high school degree from 1993 to 1996. Chinh Than pursued their general higher education at Hochiminh City University of Technology (ĐH Bách Khoa TPHCM) from 1996 to 1998. Chinh then moved to Germany and studied at the University of Hannover, where they obtained an Intermediate Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 1998 to 2001. Continuing their education in Germany, they attended the University Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz in Hannover and graduated with a Dipl.-Ing. / Master of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from 2001 to 2006.

In 2007, Chinh Than enrolled in the PACE – Institute of Management and completed their studies there in Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2010. During the same year, they also acquired a securities professional working license in Securities Analysis, Brokerage, and Trading from the State Securities Commission (SSC) in Vietnam.

In terms of further professional development, Chinh Than attended the GIZ Manager Program, focusing on International Business. Additionally, in 2019, they participated in MIT Sloan Executive Education's program in Digital Transformation.
