Raphaela Torres

Raphaela Torres has a diverse work experience in the retail and coffee industry. Raphaela began their career as a Store Operations Manager at Figaro Coffee in the Philippines in 2004. Raphaela then worked as an Associate Retail Project Director at Bitexco from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they joined Viet Thai International as the National Store Operations Manager for Highlands Coffee, where they managed store operations for 61 stores and implemented a Quality Store Monitoring system. Raphaela later became the National Cafe System Manager for Highlands Coffee before transitioning to the role of Regional Operations Director at Big C Vietnam from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been working as the Operations Director for Highlands Coffee at Viet Thai International.

Raphaela Torres completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas - Espana, Manila, from 1984 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Sacred Heart Academy - Novaliches, Quezon City for high school, although specific dates were not provided. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) as a Lead Auditor at the Consultant Level in September 2010.
