Từ Mỹ Ngọc has a diverse work experience in the financial and banking industry. Từ started their career in 2015 as an Account Manager at Jobstreet, where they worked until February 2016. After that, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Senior Business Development Executive from March 2016 to June 2018. Following that, they worked as a Private Banking Relationship Manager at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) starting from July 2018. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) - Ngân Hàng Quốc Tế, starting from May 2020.

Từ Mỹ Ngọc pursued their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Trường Đại học Dân Lập Văn Lang from 2011 to 2015.
