Eldrick Lofton has extensive work experience in the field service industry. Eldrick started their career in 1991 as a Gas Turbine Electrician in the US Navy, where they worked until 2000.

In 2003, Eldrick joined Fakouri Electrical Engineering Inc. as an Area Supervisor/Lead Field Service Technician, a role they held until 2006.

Eldrick then worked at Siemens as a Field Service technician from 2007 to 2014, gaining valuable experience in the industry.

In 2014, Eldrick joined both Regal Beloit and Benshaw Inc as a Field Service Technician. Eldrick worked at both companies until 2022.

In 2021, they joined View, Inc. as a Project Engineer, where they worked until their most recent position at Generac Power Systems as a Field Services Engineer, starting in 2022.

Overall, Eldrick has demonstrated a strong commitment to the field service industry, accumulating a wealth of experience and skills throughout their career.

Eldrick Lofton obtained their Master's degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Project Management from Walden University, completing it between 2008 and 2010. Eldrick began their educational journey by earning a BBS in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Eldrick Lofton has obtained several certifications, including Continuous Improvement Professional Award from the Management & Strategy Institute in July 2023, Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute in February 2015, SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT from the Management and Strategy Institute in February 2015, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from the Management & Strategy Institute in February 2015, and Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) from the Management and Strategy Institute in May 2014.
