Ted Leonsis has had an extensive and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ted is the founder, chairman, principal partner, and CEO of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, which owns and operates various sports teams including the NHL's Washington Capitals, WNBA's Washington Mystics, NBA's Washington Wizards, and NBA 2K League's Wizards District Gaming. Ted is also a co-owner of Team Liquid, a global esports franchise.

Leonsis is a co-founder and partner at Revolution Growth, a $1 billion set of investment funds. Ted and their partners invest in businesses outside of Silicon Valley that are leveraging technology to disrupt existing industries.
