Peter Finn

Peter Finn serves as corporate counsel to Vigeo and is a partner and chair of the corporate practice at Rubin and Rudman, an 80-attorney law firm based in Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. He represents biotechnology and high-tech clients in all aspects of corporate law, licensing, and financing.

Over the course of his extensive career, Mr. Finn has assisted in the launch of more than 50 biotech companies and has led venture capital financings totaling more than $500 million. He is a member of the scientific and business advisory board for Amylyx Pharmaceutical Corporation and has served on the Technology Transfer Committee of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for nearly 20 years. He holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and earned a bachelor of arts degree from Syracuse University.
