Ali Toumadj

Ali Toumadj currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Medical Sciences at Vigil Neuroscience, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Ali Toumadj was with Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from December 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included positions as Sr. Medical Director and Sr. Director of Medical Affairs. Previous experience also encompasses roles at Gilead Sciences from 2008 to November 2021 as Associate Director and Sr. Medical Scientist, as well as positions at Biogen Idec from 2006 to 2008 as MSL and at Boehringer Ingelheim from 2004 to 2006 as Regional Medical Scientist. Ali Toumadj earned a Pharm.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota between 1999 and 2003.
