Adam Siegel

Adam Siegel has held a variety of roles in the legal and technical fields since 2007. In 2015, they became Corporate Counsel at Vigilant Biosciences, Inc., where their responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contractual agreements, creating and managing templates, and maintaining records and documentation. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Contract and Grants Officer at the University of Miami, where they reviewed, analyzed, and negotiated legal and transactional instruments for educational and clinical purposes. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Legal Intern at the University of Miami Health and Elder Law Clinic, representing an indigent, largely HIV+ client base in Social Security proceedings and immigration matters. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Technical Editor/Project Manager at Tapestry Solutions, formatting, editing, and proofreading drafts of the company's successful bid for a multi-billion dollar DoD proposal.

Adam Siegel completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from UC San Diego in 2007. Adam then attended the University of Miami School of Law where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in 2011.
