Tae Rhee

Tae Rhee is Vigor’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He has an extensive background, both domestically and internationally, in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. Tae brings nearly 30 years of expertise practicing law in global law firms and as general counsel to public and pre-IPO companies. He brings a broad experience gained from working with private equity-sponsored businesses in the aerospace and defense, transportation and maritime industries to his oversight of Vigor’s business interests.

Tae leads Vigor’s legal team in strategic transactions, complex project contracts, intellectual property, litigation and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Vigor in 2020, Tae was General Counsel of InnoVista Sensors, a global manufacturer of electronic components to the aerospace & defense, industrial, and energy & infrastructure markets, where he managed the legal, compliance and governance functions.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Tae holds a JD degree from the University of Oregon, School of Law. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and exploring the world.
