Tiffany Kelly

Tiffany Kelly is an experienced Control Account/Project Manager II and EVMS/Cost Analyst III at Vigor, LLC, where Tiffany has been a core member of Project Controls since April 2013, supporting a $400M+ defense contract through cost processing, change management, variance analyses, and financial forecasting models. Tiffany contributed to achieving the company's first DCMA-certified Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Previously, Tiffany served as a Cost Analyst for a fabrication project over $250M and as an Office Coordinator in Diagnostic Imaging at PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center from February 2011 to April 2013. Tiffany holds a degree from Azusa Pacific University.
