Patricia Rosado

Patricia Rosado has extensive experience in HR and leadership roles. Patricia is currently the HR Director at Vigor, where they are responsible for developing the HR area strategically and implementing digital transformation processes. Prior to that, they served as the HR, HSE, Communication and Sustainability Director at BAMIN, overseeing the implementation of the People strategy and driving organizational transformation. Patricia also worked as the HR & Internal Communication Director at Grupo Oncoclinicas, where they focused on developing HR as a competitive advantage and supporting business growth. Before that, they held various HR roles at Sanofi, JBS S/A, Natura, Contax S.A., and Nordeste Digital Line S/A, where they gained experience in talent management, leadership development, and HR strategies. Patricia's expertise lies in driving cultural transformation, developing and executing talent strategies, and fostering diversity and inclusion initiatives. Patricia has a proven track record of success in the HR field and is adept at aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Patricia Rosado completed their education with a Certificate in Global Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Executive MBA in People Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2003. Patricia'sundergraduate studies were pursued at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, where they graduated with a degree in Psychology in 2001.
