Brandon Verano

Brandon Verano has a diverse work history in the technology and telecommunications industry. Brandon currently serves as a Technical Project Coordinator at Viirtue, where they plan and implements UCaaS/VoIP installations and deployments. Brandon also communicates with clients to ensure efficient onboarding and relays project statuses.

Prior to their role at Viirtue, Brandon worked at Segra, where they held multiple roles. As an IP Design Engineer (SvcProv), they configured various voice products, facilitated customer calls, and provided support to field technicians during customer turn-ups. Brandon also designed scripts for ADTRAN switches and routers. In their role as an IP Design Engineer (Hosted Design), they focused on the design, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and support of Segra's hosted voice products. Additionally, they served as a Hosted Training Specialist, responsible for assisting in content development, managing training schedules, providing on-site and online training to customers, and troubleshooting alongside other teams.

Earlier in their career, Brandon worked as a Customer Solutions Technician I, where they provided tier one troubleshooting and ticket creation for customer support issues. Brandon also collaborated with carriers to ensure timely resolution of trouble tickets and service orders.

Brandon Verano earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of South Carolina, where they attended from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they obtained a Diploma in Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 (ICND1) v3 CCNA from Alison in February 2023.
