Simon Polak

Simon Polak is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at viisights, a company that uses cutting-edge technology to develop visual search engines. Prior to viisights, Simon was a Senior Algorithms Developer at Superfish, where they helped develop the company's visual discovery platform. Simon's career in software engineering began at Intel Corporation in 1999, where they worked for five years before moving on to Superfish. Simon is a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for developing innovative new technologies.

Simon Polak has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Computer Science, but did not complete the program. Simon also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Computer Science.
