Craig Needels

Craig Needels has over 30 years of experience in both IT and telecommunications. Craig started their career in 1987 at Southwestern Bell Telephone, where they led efforts to update systems and implement Invoice Billing. Craig then worked for Sprint Long Distance and BSG Clearing Solutions. In 2020, they joined viiz communications as Vice President of Technology, and in 2021, they took on the additional role of Vice President of Technology and Network Operations. Prior to viiz communications, Craig served as the Vice President of Operations and IT at VoiceLog. From 1997 to 2020, they held the position of Vice President - Systems Development and IT at BSG Clearing Solutions. Craig also worked as a Project Leader at International Telemedia Associates and as a Project Analyst at Sprint Nextel.

Craig Needels attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems.
