Ken Pillow

Ken Pillow has a diverse work experience in customer care and call center operations. Ken began their career as a Call Center Director at 118118 in 2002, where they served until 2004. From 2004 to 2012, Ken worked at kgb, starting as a Call Center Director and eventually becoming the Global Head of Operations.
