Amanda Hendricks

Amanda Hendricks, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Viking, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Head of Talent Acquisition at NAX Group from June 2022 to December 2023, and held various positions at OppFi from June 2018 to June 2022, including Interim Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Amanda's career began at Robert Half as a Recruiter for Healthcare and Financial Services from June 2015 to May 2017 and includes experience at GoHealth, Objective Paradigm, and earlier roles in recruitment and onboarding. Amanda earned a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Applied Health Sciences from Robert Morris University - Illinois and has also attended Monroe County Community College.
