Erin Pearson

Erin Pearson currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Viking Engineering and Development since February 2021, having previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Silgan Containers from April 2020 to January 2021. Erin's extensive career in human resources spans over two decades, including significant roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager at LI Group LLC, where responsibilities included claims and insurance management, HR management, accounts payable management, and customer service. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Concordia University-St. Paul, obtained in 2019, and a Human Resources Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies, earned in 2013.
