Cullen Martin

Cullen Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Cullen started their career at Walmart Logistics as a Systems Administrator, where they developed and implemented an Intranet System that saved the company almost $1 million annually.

From there, Cullen joined Boardman Foods, Inc. as a Production Manager and made significant contributions by re-engineering the conveyance system and implementing an inventory control system, resulting in increased productivity and cost effectiveness.

Next, Cullen worked at PEMS - ZeaChem Inc. as an Operations Leader, where they were responsible for operating a Cellulosic Biorefinery and leading the Operations and Laboratory Staff. Cullen handled various tasks including training, coaching, planning, and process and chemical engineering.

Cullen then became the CEO of Haul, Inc., a company focused on problem-solving and value creation, working closely with customers, buyers, and providers to foster innovation.

In 2011, Cullen founded Martin & Reeves, an independent consulting firm specializing in Operational Excellence. As a Senior OpEx Advisor, they pioneered the concept of Immersive Consulting, partnering with clients to identify problems, define strategies, and drive solutions as an internal change agent.

In 2020, Cullen joined ZEV Technologies as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain. Cullen successfully effected a total turnaround, achieving significant improvements in revenue, net margin, supply chain stability, processing efficiency, and scrap reduction. Cullen also implemented various transformations, such as LEAN practices, ERP overhaul, and warehouse optimization.

Most recently, Cullen joined Viking Resources Inc. as the Vice President of Consulting Services in 2022, where they currently hold the role.

Throughout their career, Cullen has held various leadership positions, including Vice Chairperson of the Planning Commission at the City of Boardman. Cullen has also demonstrated a track record of achieving tangible results, improving employee morale, and implementing process optimizations.

Cullen Martin has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include NetSuite SuiteFoundations from Oracle NetSuite Solutions in February 2023, Professional Life Coach (PLC) from Alison in February 2020, Emerging Leaders (EL7) from Lift360 in November 2016, LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt from LEAN Strategy Institute in May 2009, Hubspot Agency Partner, Inbound Sales, and Inbound Certification from HubSpot in October 2017 and May 2017 respectively.
