Shaun Hair is the CEO of Viking Specialty Contracting. Shaun is a licensed attorney, a former tech/media executive, and spent several years as a business/leadership consultant.

Building healthy, growing teams is Shaun’s passion. Beginning with internal culture and optimized growth and sales tactics, Shaun aims to build people as well as the bottom line. Shaun is an enthusastic collaborator who loves to be a part of the process and values constant learning.

Shaun has lived in the Phoenix area since 2015. He is married and has 4 children.
