Manik Paul has a diverse education history. Manik obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Application from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1987, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences at St. Xavier's College, Ranchi. Furthermore, from 1977 to 1982, they attended Yogoda Satsanga Vidyalaya, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Secondary School Administration/Principalship.
