Cameron Corwin has a long and varied work history. In 2008, they founded and served as Director of the International Community Service Project. In 2012, they held two positions: Real Estate Sales Analyst at Taurus Ibérica and Real Estate Finance Analyst at Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes. At Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes, Corwin managed company/investment entity funds, overseeing the allocation of cash balances, loans, disbursements, and/or investments, and maintained a wire template schedule resulting in accurate information for upload into the accounting system. In 2013, they were a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. From 2017 to 2018, Corwin worked at Newmark, where they were the Debt/Structured Finance Assistant Vice President, originating on a nation-leading team that averaged ~$2B/year in closed transactions, and was also involved in Multifamily Investment Sales. Lastly, from 2018 to 2022, they were the Managing Partner at OakRidge Partners and is currently the Director of Acquisitions at Villa.
Cameron Corwin attended Bishop O'Dowd High School from 2006 to 2010. Cameron then went on to pursue a degree in Agribusiness with a focus in Accounting/Finance at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2010 to 2014. In 2016, they obtained a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the Bureau of Real Estate. Cameron also has a Workday certification.
