Catrina Magana

Catrina Magana started their work experience in the year 2010 as a Reservation Sales Agent at The Walt Disney Company. In this role, they assisted guests in creating custom vacation packages and prioritized guest service. Catrina then joined Buy.com as a Customer Service Escalation Specialist in 2012, where they handled corporate escalation calls and assisted with various customer needs. From 2013 to 2015, Catrina worked at voguewigs.com as a Customer Service Representative-Training Manager, responsible for training new representatives and providing customer service.
