Matt Woodring

Matt Woodring currently serves as a Recovery Coach and Consultant at Rochester Recovery Coaching and Consulting, LLC, since September 2024, focusing on supporting individuals in need of alternative recovery services and offering consultations on harm reduction and person-centered care. Previously, Matt held multiple positions at Villa of Hope, including MAT Program Coordinator and Certified Recovery Peer Advocate, and worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor and Care Manager at FLACRA. With experience as a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate at Delphi Rise and Rochester Regional Health, along with volunteer roles at Trillium Health's Syringe Exchange Program, Matt has demonstrated a commitment to recovery support. Earlier experience includes roles as Parts Manager and Lead Bicycle Mechanic at R COMMUNITY BIKES INC and Restaurant Manager at Pontillos Pizza of Western NY. Currently, Matt Woodring is pursuing education at Empire State University, starting in January 2021.
