Deborah Dempsey

Deborah Dempsey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Village Automotive Group since September 2000, Deborah plays a pivotal role in workforce planning and addressing personnel challenges while overseeing HR functions across multiple dealerships. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of Human Resource Manager at RISCmanagement, Inc., managing a national HR team, and worked as a Human Resource Consultant/Generalist at Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals. Deborah’s career began as a Human Resource Administrator at Inc. Magazine, where responsibilities included payroll processing and sales analysis. Deborah holds a degree from Bentley College, complemented by foundational education from Mount Alvernia High School.
