Kerry Snelson is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment operations and analytics. Currently serving as Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Ford Motor Company since March 2022, Kerry excels in transforming and optimizing talent acquisition processes and technology. Previously, as Sr. Leader of Global Talent Acquisition at EVERSANA, Kerry successfully centralized recruitment operations and developed strategic initiatives for talent branding and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DA&I). Prior roles at Rockwell Automation included leading global talent analytics and recruitment, driving organizational performance through data-driven insights and best practices. Kerry's career began at QPS Employment Group and SourcePoint Staffing, building foundational skills in recruitment and human resources.
