Lead, Economic Opportunity Practice at Village Capital

As the Economic Opportunity Practice Lead at Village Capital, Elizabeth works on developing strategies and programs that support early-stage entrepreneurs striving to increase economic opportunities across the US. This includes areas such as economic inequality, racial wealth gaps, and mass incarceration. She’s particularly passionate about inclusive entrepreneurship - everyone deserves access to resources and funding to become a successful entrepreneur!

Elizabeth joined Village Capital from Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), where she managed a bi-annual business accelerator program, pitch competitions, and community business workshops as she engaged and connected underserved and underrepresented entrepreneurs in the Greater Boston area. Before that, Elizabeth worked in the public and nonprofit sectors primarily in program management. This included serving in Peace Corps Eswatini where she supported social entrepreneurs in developing enterprises that impact their local communities.
