Luke Yingling

Luke Yingling is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in law and business. As the Founder and CEO of Rhetoric since April 2021, Luke has demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial skills. In addition, Luke serves as the Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Village Caregiving, LLC since August 2021. Luke holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from West Virginia University College of Law, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Penn State Harrisburg, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Charleston, completing education from 2013 to 2022.
