Shannon Delciello

Shannon DelCiello has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Shannon began their career as an LPN at United General Hospital in 2004. Shannon then worked as a Resident Care Director at Regency Pacific from 2005 to 2007 and as an LPN Resident Care Director at Emeritus from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Bonaventure Senior Living as a Resident Care Coordinator. From 2010 to 2015, Shannon worked as an LPN/RCD at Harbor Tower Village for Village Concepts Inc. Shannon then served as a Health Homes Care Coordinator at Sunrise Services, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Shannon worked as a Floor Nurse at Life Care Centers of America from 2016 to 2020 and as a Resident Care Manager at Mira Vista Care Center from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Shannon is working as a Resident Care Director at Village Concepts Retirement Communities, a position they have held since February 2020.

Shannon DelCiello completed their education at Skagit Valley College. Shannon first attended from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an ATA Office Technologies degree with a field of study in Administrative Assistance. During this time, they also pursued an ATA Accounting degree with a field of study in Business including computerized accounting. Additionally, they earned certifications as a Certified Medical Office Systems Specialist and a Certified Medical Transcriptionist. Shannon returned to Skagit Valley College in 2003 and completed their education in 2004, earning a degree in Practical Nursing with a field of study in Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants.
