Ben Casnocha

Ben Casnocha is a partner at Village Global, a venture capital firm. Ben is also the co-author of The Alliance: Managing Talent in the Networked Age. Prior to Village Global, Ben was the Chief of Staff at Greylock, where they helped conceive and build up a new organization to amplify and extend Reid Hoffman’s strategic priorities. Ben has also worked at LinkedIn and Harvard Business School Publishing. Ben was named "one of the most influential people in the talent industry" in 2016.
