Charles Witherington-Perkins

Charles Witherington-Perkins serves as the Director of Planning and Community Development for the Village of Arlington Heights since March 1990, overseeing all planning, economic, and community development functions for a community of 76,000 residents, recognized for its downtown transit-oriented development. With experience as Vice President at W2 Racing from January 2010 to January 2016, and prior roles including Senior Planner for the Village of Schaumburg and Planner for the City of Fort Myers, Witherington-Perkins has a strong background in urban planning and development. Education includes studies at Bradley University and an HNC in Planning from Birmingham City University.
