Michael Montoya

Michael Montoya currently serves as a Planning & Zoning Commissioner for the County of Valencia and an appointed Commissioner for District 1 in the Village of Los Lunas. Additionally, Michael holds the position of Planning and Zoning Administrator for the Village of Bosque Farms, encompassing responsibilities in code enforcement, flood management, business licensing, and GIS. Michael has previous experience as an inactive Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Los Lunas and served as a Dispatcher for Med Flight. With a background in martial arts instruction at Rosales and as a Senior Inspector for the State of New Mexico, Michael has also worked as a driver for VMT. Michael is pursuing degrees in real estate and criminal justice at Central New Mexico Community College.
