Debra Smetana

Debra Smetana is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over four decades. Since September 2011, Debra has served as the Director of Human Resources for the Village of New Lenox. Prior to this role, Debra was the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits at Kehe Food Distributors from June 2010 to September 2011. Debra also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Factory Card & Party Outlet from February 2003 to April 2010. Earlier in Debra's career, the role of Director of Human Resources was held at Ulta Cosmetics from 1999 to 2003, and the journey began at Dominick's Finer Foods, where Debra served as Manager of HR for over 20 years, from 1978 to 1999.
