Meagan Rawls

Meagan Rawls, AM, SHRM-CP, LSW, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Village of Romeoville, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist for the Village of Hanover Park and Human Resources Manager at Bartlett Park District. Meagan's career in human resources began as a Human Resources Assistant at Abercrombie & Kent and includes multiple internships in clinical settings. Meagan holds a Master’s degree from the University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Psychology with a minor in Business Studies from Lewis University.
