Toral Hertzberg

Toral Hertzberg, P.E. currently serves as a Senior Utility Engineer at the Village of Wellington, having previously worked at Kimley-Horn as a Project Manager. Toral studied Civil Engineering at Florida Atlantic University and earned an Associate of Arts degree from Palm Beach State College.
