Michael Crotty

Michael Crotty has extensive experience in municipal management and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Wheeling since April 2008. Crotty's responsibilities include providing senior management support to the Village Manager, overseeing the human resource system, and facilitating labor relations. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources for the City of Park Ridge, Client Intake Administrator at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and Assistant Village Manager in both the Village of Wilmette and Village of Oak Brook, where Crotty also acted as Village Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Urban Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from Northern Illinois University.
