Rhia Morgann Diley

Morgann Diley, RHIA, is a Health Information Manager at Village Shalom and also worked as a Medical Records Coordinator. Previously, they served as a Secretary/optometry Tech at Loving Eye Care. Morgann holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Kansas Medical Center and an Associate of Science in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from Tulsa Community College. They graduated from Jenks High School in 2009.
