Jennifer Pancholi

Jennifer Pancholi has extensive experience in research, evaluation, and organizational development within the nonprofit sector. Currently a Senior Manager at VillageReach, Jennifer oversees both research initiatives and digital solutions since September 2019. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as an Independent Consultant for Bellweather Group, focusing on strategic planning and program evaluation. As Co-Executive Director at Raising Resilience, Jennifer directed fundraising efforts and developed programs aimed at enhancing children's social-emotional skills. Previous positions include Team Manager at Westat, where Jennifer led healthcare delivery innovations, and Policy Research roles at America's Essential Hospitals. Jennifer also gained legislative experience as a Legislative Assistant in the United States House of Representatives. Academically, Jennifer holds two master's degrees in Public Health and International Development, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from Bowdoin College.
