Mindy Gardner

Mindy Gardner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR management and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as HR Manager at VillageReach since November 2016, Mindy oversees global HR administration and enhances HR processes across multiple domains. Prior to this role, Mindy held various positions at VillageReach, including Project Manager and Grants & Contracts Associate. Mindy's leadership experience includes serving as Senior Director at Sponge, Inc., where focus was on nurturing global citizenship through language education, and as Executive Director for the Thomas C. Wales Foundation, advocating for civic engagement. Mindy also founded the South Whidbey Youth Center and played a pivotal role in community development as a Capital Campaign Consultant for South Whidbey Commons. Earlier in the career, Mindy worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist, providing critical support in mental health services. Mindy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Westmont College.
