Priscila Batista

Priscila Batista has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in organizational development and training. Currently serving as a Specialist in Organizational Development at Villares Metals since January 2021, Priscila previously held roles as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. At Grupo Embrasa from September 2016 to December 2020, Priscila supervised the T&D team and managed various training and development programs. Experiences also include specializing in people management at Pinhata Consultoria Ltda, serving as Senior HR Analyst at Transdata, and starting in HR as an intern at Rhodia. Priscila's educational background includes an MBA in Neurociência e Comportamento from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, along with various certifications in quality management, leadership, and coaching.
