Isabelle Roy holds a bachelor's degree in languages ​​and a master's degree in management.

Polyglot, has evolved in the tourism and events field for more than 20 years. In particular, it took part in the organization of major events such as the Grands Feux Loto-Québec, the 400th anniversary of the City of Québec, and the World Police and Fire Games.
