Polyglot, has evolved in the tourism and events field for more than 20 years. In particular, it took part in the organization of major events such as the Grands Feux Loto-Québec, the 400th anniversary of the City of Québec, and the World Police and Fire Games.
A committed citizen, Isabelle Roy contributed to the accession of the City of Quebec to the Ville Ami des Monarques network. She has also worked in community organizations promoting urban agriculture and the integration of newcomers.
