Clara Martins

Clara Martins is an experienced communication professional with a strong background in human resources, teaching, and strategic communication. Currently serving as Chargée de communication RH at Ville de Troyes since September 2022, Clara focuses on analyzing recruitment needs and implementing job offer dissemination strategies. Previously, Clara was a Professor in digital customer relationship at Groupe Saint Joseph - La Salle Troyes and held various communication roles in organizations such as CAVI and MON LOGIS Groupe Action Logement. With a Master 1 in Chargée de Communication Nouveaux Médias and a BTS in Communication, Clara has developed skills in internal communication, social media management, and project coordination.
