Esther Jehle

Esther Jehle has been Head of Human Resources at Villeroy & Boch since March 2020. She previously held senior HR positions at the pharmaceutical group Johnson & Johnson and the professional beauty company Wella. She started her career in HR management at the fast-moving consumer goods company Procter & Gamble.

As Chief HR Officer (CHRO), Esther Jehle is responsible for the new HR/Organizational Development function on the Management Board and is also Labour Director of Villeroy & Boch AG. She will continue in her previous role as Global Head of HR.

Esther Jehle is a trained banking specialist and graduated in business administration from the Universities of Nuremberg and Prague.
