Gabi Schupp

Following her business management studies and MBA degree, Gabi Schupp started her career in marketing at Procter&Gamble (P&G) and worked there for more than 20 years in various managerial positions, leading several P&G brands to profitable growth at local, regional and global level.

Having spent several years managing the division for health and beauty products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, she ultimately joined the global P&G management team at P&G's European headquarters in Geneva and, as managing director of 'Wella Professional', took on responsibility for a beauty brand whose revenue is among the highest worldwide.

Most recently, she worked for leadership consultants Spencer Stuart as head of the consumer goods and retail division for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
