Oren Lalezari

Oren Lalezari is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining software applications across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Vimeo since February 2021, Oren previously held a similar position at Tabatoo from August 2018 to February 2021, where significant contributions included creating a high-traffic Kubernetes cluster and optimizing serving costs through a Python async web framework. Prior to that, Oren worked as a Software Engineer at Apricode, focusing on web design and development, and as an Android Developer at OnlinePianist, where Oren built a native Android application from the ground up. Oren's early career includes a role as a NOC Engineer in the Israel Defense Forces, managing numerous production servers and IT systems. Oren holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained in 2014.
