AshoK Kumar has had a varied work experience, beginning with their role as an Asst. Manager HR and Inventory Control Analyst at Century Plyboards (I) Limited from 2014 to 2016. AshoK then moved to Wise Business Technologies LTD in 2016 as a Sr. US IT Recruiter/Team Lead. In 2018, they joined IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Team Lead - Recruitment and PeopleNTech, LLC as a Sr. Technical Recruitment Specialist. In 2022, they began working with BigRio as a Lead Executive - Recruitment and Vimerse InfoTech Inc as a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition. In their roles, AshoK Kumar has been responsible for sourcing and identifying consultants, tracking and analyzing requirements and resumes, and managing recruitment activities for Fortune 500 direct clients. AshoK has also handled full recruitment life-cycles and managed inventories for production of materials.

Ashok Kumar has a Master of Science in Applied Operation Research from Delhi University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's in Science in Mathematics from Maharshi Dayanand University between 2008 and 2011.
