Melissa Pickell

Melissa Pickell-Mattson currently serves as the People and Culture Team Director at Vimly Benefit Solutions, a position held since August 2020, where oversight of HR initiatives fosters recruitment, retention, and employee engagement. Previously, Melissa held roles including Human Resources Program Director and Chief of Staff to the Global VP of Human Resources at AGC Biologics in 2020, and as Director of Human Resources and Training & Development at Benefit Solutions, Inc. from 2006 to 2020. Melissa began their career at Regence BlueShield and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, progressing through various HR and management positions. Educational qualifications include studies at Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Centralia College, and Pierce College.
