Tran Khanh Chi

Tran Khanh Chi, SHRM-SCP has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, Chi worked at Lotte Hotels and Resorts, where they served as a Global Management Intern and later as an Administrator in the Room & Housekeeping Department. During their time there, they gained a deep understanding of hotel operations and high-quality service standards. Following this, Chi joined KPMG Vietnam as an Associate Manager, specializing in People & Change Consulting. Tran'sresponsibilities included providing consulting services related to organization restructuring, optimization, and compensation & benefits structure. Chi then moved to Deloitte as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they managed staffing and manpower activities, supported business planning and amendment of client service salaries, and resolved complex employee relations issues. Currently, Chi works at VinAI, leading HR & Learning. Tran'sexact responsibilities in this role are not specified. Tran Khanh Chi, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of International Economics degree in Development Economics and International Development from Foreign Trade University, which was earned from 2010 to 2013. In 2015 to 2016, Chi also completed the Orientation For Global Employee and Take off program for outstanding global employee in Hospitality Administration/Management at Lotte Academy - Korea. Prior to that, Chi completed high school at Thai Binh Specialized School, focusing on Literature from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Chi has obtained several certifications including the prestigious SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in February 2022.
