Karen Quarford

Karen Quarford has over 16 years of experience in quality operations and compliance in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Karen is currently the VP of Quality Operations and Compliance at Vincerx Pharma, where they oversee quality operations and ensures compliance with industry regulations. Prior to this, Karen held roles such as the Senior Director of GMP QA & Compliance at Vincerx Pharma and the Quality Compliance Senior Consultant at Quarford Consulting. Karen has also worked at companies such as Kartos Therapeutics, Acerta Pharma, Juno Therapeutics, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Quintiles, Independant Consultant, and ZymoGenetics, where they held various positions related to quality assurance, compliance, and management.

Karen Quarford completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Business from Webster University and studied there from 1999 to 2001.
